The National Union of Saki Students, National Headquarters (NUSS HQ), has taken a significant leap toward educational advancement and digital transformation with the official unveiling of its student portal and website, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at strengthening student documentation, information accessibility, and developmental opportunities for students of Saki extraction across various tertiary institutions.

The historic launch, which attracted notable political leaders, stakeholders, student leaders, and community representatives, marks a major milestone in the union’s ongoing efforts to modernize student administration and build a sustainable digital ecosystem for the educational growth of Saki students.
The innovative digital platform, developed under the administration of Comrade Adebayo Qowiy Taiwo, was designed to provide an organized framework for tracking student records, maintaining a centralized student database, and ensuring easier access to vital educational information and opportunities.

Speaking during the unveiling ceremony, Comrade Adebayo Qowiy Taiwo described the portal as a transformational initiative intended to bridge communication gaps, enhance administrative efficiency, and empower students through technology-driven solutions.
He noted that the newly launched NUSS Student Portal is more than a conventional website; it represents a digital foundation strategically created to connect, document, and empower Saki students irrespective of their institutions of learning or geographical locations.
Comrade Qowiy furthered explained that the portal offers an array of student-centered features including digital student registration, a centralized student database, scholarship opportunities, bursary information, official NUSS news and updates, as well as future career and development opportunities designed to improve students’ academic and professional prospects.

He encouraged students across Saki to take advantage of the initiative by registering through the official platform, as the administration emphasized the importance of comprehensive student participation in building an accurate and functional database for collective advancement.
The registration portal is accessible via www.nussnhq.com.ng, providing a user-friendly digital interface for students to enroll and remain connected with the activities and developmental programmes of the union.

Reacting to the development, Hon. Shittu Ibrahim, Member of the Oyo State House of Assembly representing Saki West State Constituency, lauded the administration for what he termed “a wonderful job well executed.”
He acknowledged the significance of embracing digital innovation in student administration and expressed confidence that the platform would contribute immensely to educational planning, student empowerment, and informed decision-making within the Saki student community.
Hon. Shittu also urged students to maximize the opportunities embedded within the portal by actively registering and engaging with the resources provided.

Similarly, Hon. Salaudeen Kabeer Adebayo, Councillor representing Ward 04 and Allied Peoples Movement (APM) candidate for Saki West State Constituency in the Oyo State House of Assembly who was represented by Engr Sherifat Jinad, commended the NUSS leadership for what he described as a visionary and commendable achievement.
He applauded the administration of Comrade Adebayo Qowiy Taiwo for demonstrating purposeful leadership and institutional foresight through the deployment of technology to strengthen student coordination and educational development.

Hon. Salaudeen further noted that the initiative would not only improve access to reliable student data but also position Saki students for greater educational opportunities, enhanced visibility, and stronger engagement with scholarship, bursary, and career-related programmes.
Alh. Kazeem Popoola Alobalowo the Bursary of FUNATO equally showered encomiums on the NUSS administration for initiating what many described as a timely, innovative, and progressive intervention in student affairs.
They praised the leadership for setting a clear record of accountability, modernization, and administrative excellence while encouraging students to make judicious use of the platform for educational advancement, networking, and personal development.
COMR. Asimi Abdulazeez Iyake, one of the NUSS stakeholder noted that the unveiling of the NUSS Student Portal represents a bold step toward digital inclusion and institutional reform within student union administration in Saki, potentially setting a standard for similar student bodies across the region.
