Oluyole Local Government PDP Stakeholders Throw Their Weight Behind Gov Seyi Makinde, Engr Akeem Olatunji, Vow To Remain In The Party
The meeting, attended by over 120 leaders including elders, former House of Representatives members, commissioners, special advisers,
appointees, ward chairmen, local executives, youth leaders, women leaders and statutory leaders
nominated from the 10 wards, convened in lieu of emerging political developments and resolved as follows:
* That The Stakeholders Meeting Was Duly Composed And Well Attended By All Leaders With Genuine Apologies And Due Representations Taken From A Few Leaders.
* That Based On The Great Reports From The Various Wards, The Stakeholders Appreciate The Continuous Astute Loyalty, Forthrightness And Strong Belief Of Party Members In The Sterling Leadership Of His Excellency Engineer Seyi Makinde (FNSE) As The Numero Uno And Indefatigable Leader Of The Party In Oyo State With Engr Akeem Olatunji As His Capable Representative, Face & Symbol Of Hope In Oluyole Local Government.
* That The Oluyole Local Government People's Democratic Party Is Unified And Focused As The Dominant Party And Not A Part Of Nor Subscribe To Any Coalition Movement Or Party.
* That We Commend The Leadership Of Both The Council Chairman; Engr Akeem Olatunji (FNSE) And The Party Chairman; Alhaji Mukaila Adegbola With The Support Of All Party Members In Wooing Members Of Other Parties Which Has Led To The Continuous Massive Influx Of New Members Into The Oluyole PDP And Ensuring The Uncontestable Dominance Of PDP In The Local Government Area Putting Us In Good Stead For Overwhelming Victory In Future Elections.
* Condemned Any Attempt At Causing Dis-affection Amongst Party Members,Destabilizing The Party Or Government By Employing External Influences, Frivolous Social Media Write-Ups Or Any Other Means
* That Henceforth Anyone Found Liable Of The Above Instead Of Exhausting The Party Internal Mechanism Via The Ward Or Local Government Executives As Enshrined In The PDP Constitution Shall Be Recommended To The Seven (7) Member Disciplinary Committee, Ably Chaired By The Former Commissioner Of Industry And Applied Science, Engr Ayuba Kolawole Balogun FNSE, and the Secretary of the Committee, Hon. Tunde Akinola ( former Special Adviser to the Governor on Labour Matters) As Set Up By The Stakeholders.
* That We Specially Appreciate The Governor; His Excellency Engr Seyi Makinde FNSE And The Council Chairman; Engr Akeem Olatunji For Ensuring The Joy And Happy Celebration Of Members During The Last Ileya Eid.
* The Stakeholders Meeting Gave Special Kudos To His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde For The Ingenious, Fatherly Sagacity In The Choice Of Our Party Candidate For The Ibadan North Federal Constituency Bye Election.
* That After A Voice Vote, The Entire Members, Leaders And Stakeholders Passed A Vote Of Confidence On His Excellency Governor Seyi Makinde FNSE And Forthwith Pledged Our Unalloyed Loyalty To His Focused And Astute Leadership Of The Party In Oyo State
* That After A Voice Vote, The Entire Members, Leaders And Stakeholders Of People's Democratic Party In Oluyole Local Government Wholesomely Pass A Vote Of Confidence On Engr Akeem Akinwale Olatunji FNSE For The Sterling Political And Governmental Leadership He Signifies In The Grassroot.
* That After A Voice Vote, The Entire Members Leaders And Stakeholders Of People's Democratic Party In Oluyole Local Government Pass An Equivocal Vote Of Confidence On Alh Mukaila Olabode Adegbola; The Party Chairman And His Executive Members For Ensuring The Unity, Focus Direction And Ever Increasing Dominance Of Our Party In The Local Government.
Conclusively, The Stakeholders Enjoined All Members To Remain Steadfast, Continue To Be Great Representatives Of The Party And Government Amongst The People At The Grassroot Level, Welcome More People Into The PDP And Further Promote Unity, Love And Togetherness Amongst All Party Members While Participating Actively In All Party Programs,
