Former Senator Hosea Ayoola Agboola, popularly known as Hallelujah formally joined the All Progressives Congress (APC) alongside his political allies and the entire Hallelujah Reformed Movement in Oke-Ogun ,Oyo North in particular and Oyo State in general.

This move came up today, 25th November, 2025 as they rose from the weekly stakeholders meeting of the Hallelujah Reformed Movement which usually takes place in Iseyin. 
Senator Hallelujah and his faithfuls have been in the news since early October this year for pulling out from the sinking boat of the torn umbrella. 
Senator Hosea Ayoola Agboola Hallelujah whose political record and popularity remains unblemished and whose pull out from the PDP has grounded it has unequivocally declared his support for All Progressives Congress (APC) statewide and nationally.
While speaking to the Press, Distinguished Senator Hosea Ayoola Hallelujah directed his allies and followers to follow suit in the grassroots within Oyo State and nationally. He also directed them to support President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's people-centered government. He said APC is the answer to problems bedeviling Nigeria as a nation and that Mr president takes priority on solving them  - the results of which was the freedom regained by the 38 Kidnapped CAC Members in Eruku, Kwara State, few days ago, after his cancellation of his trip to the G20 Summit in South Africa. And the release of 51 students of Government Girls College in Niger State.

He further thanked president Tinubu for doing the unimaginable and making impossible, possible. 

He concluded that PDP was no longer a political party but a business venture for negotiations being administered by known political business men, the results of which is glaring; even from now. 

This move has been described as strategic and as brighter political future by the major players in the hallelujah Reformed Movement. 

Senator Hosea Ayoola Agboola Hallelujah served as a senator representing Oyo North Senatorial District and as Deputy Chief Whip in the Senate from 2011 to 2015 .


His defection will definitely impact the political landscape in Oyo State, potentially to influence the APC's chances of reclaiming power in the 2027 general elections.
