Before the two-hour ultimatum issued by Sunday Adeyemo popularly known As Sunday Igboho to the Fulani Community and kidnappers in Igboho Town, an Oke-Ogun region of Oyo state elapsed on Saturday, the kidnapped victims has reportedly been released.

A resident of the town informed Starnews NG that all the abducted victims in the den of kidnappers have reportedly been released by the alleged Fulani terrorists.

The swift resolution of this crisis has led to widespread jubilation in Igboho town, with residents celebrating the safe return of their loved ones.

The tension escalated when Sunday Igboho demanded the release of residents abducted by suspected bandits.


During a meeting with Fulani elders, he accused them of orchestrating a series of kidnappings in the area, including the recent abduction of a woman and her children.

He issued an ultimatum to the kidnappers, threatening action to flush out all the Fulani in Igboho and go after the bandits if the victims were not released within two hours.

The situation garnered significant attention, and Igboho’s firm stance resonated with the community, prompting a sense of urgency among the kidnappers.

Shortly before the ultimatum expired, yet to be confirmed report by security operatives indicate that all the victims were reportedly freed, leading to jubilant celebrations among residents.
