2027 ELECTIONS: SDP AT 2ND NEC MEETING CONCLUDES TO RESTRUCTURE AT STATES AND LOCAL COUNCILS
The Social Democratic Party, SDP says, it has concluded arrangements on how to restructure the party at the state and grassroot levels ahead of the 2027 General Election.
National Chairman of the party, Prof. Sadiq Abubakar Gombe disclosed this during the second NEC Meeting of the party in Abuja.
The first NEC meeting of the SDP was on the 9th of March this year, exactly 4months later comes the second. The Party leaders across the country are here united by one purpose, which is to put all issues into perspective and ensure its candidates win elections at both the National and at the grassroot levels.
National Chairman of the party, Prof. Sadiq Abubakar Gombe who took members down memory lane on the obstacles and challenges which the party surmounted in recent times, says, the party had submitted a total of 191 correspondences to INEC on various issues but, expresses joy that the party is now more United and stronger.
The party also opened its arms for reconciliation and to welcome new members
