MINISTER OF EDUCATION DR. ALAUSA TO LEAD REVIEWS OF TINUBU'S ADMINISTRATION EDUCATION REFORMS AT 2026 EDUCATION SUMMIT
The Minister of Education, Dr. Maruf Tunji Alausa is, expected to lead discussions on reforms, achievements and challenges in Nigeria's education sector under the administration of President Bola Tinubu at the 2026 Education Summit organised by the Education Correspondents Association of Nigeria (ECAN).
The summit is scheduled to hold on Wednesday, July 15, in Abuja.
The summit, themed "Three Years of the Tinubu Administration, Assessing Reforms, Progress, and Challenges in Nigeria's Education Sector, " Will provide a platform for stakeholders to assess the impact of ongoing education reforms and examine strategies for addressing the challenges confronting the sector.
According to ECAN, the event will bring together policymakers, education experts, academics, development partners, school administrators, researchers, civil society organisations, student representatives and media professionals for dialogue aimed at strengthening education development and improving learning outcomes across Nigeria.
